Right now, any non-sorc caster is pidgeon-holed into enigma and need to make concessions on power to reach BP. The idea is to have an alternative to enigma allowing to reach highest FCR bp. I would also like the helm to have teleport so that it bring a bit more diversity to Enigma. Steel is a Weapon Runeword in Diablo II: Resurrected.
